Yesterday evening Sterling students were...camping in a ski yurt in Idaho, playing snow frisbee on the Common, roaming beaches in the Bahamas, skiing to a cabin in Craftsbury, and playing intramural indoor soccer. Plus philosophy club. Quite the active crew!

Students enrolled in advanced cross-country skiing spent the night in Charley's Cabin, and are waking up to a beautiful sunny morning on the shores of Big Hosmer.

"It is a wholesome and necessary thing for us to turn again to the earth and in the contemplation of her beauties to know of wonder and humility." - Rachel Carson
