The 2013 spring Commencement was held May 10 in Sanford Stadium. U.S. Sen. Saxby Chambliss gave the commencement address; and Georgia's first African-American graduate, Mary Frances Early, received an honorary doctor of laws degree.

Congratulations to the 4,164 undergraduates and 1,091 graduate students who are eligible to walk in spring Commencement ceremonies today. The undergraduate ceremony will be held at 7 p.m. in Sanford Stadium with the graduate ceremony at 10 a.m. in Stegeman Coliseum. Both will be streamed live at http://www.ctl.uga.edu/.
